Rosa Del Mar Developments announce mortgage availability

Rosa del Mar Developments have successfully negotiated a deal exclusively for their purchasers with one of the main banks in Portugal and its Cape Verde subsidiary to provide mortgages.

The mortgage product is available to finance developments completed and under construction by Rosa del Mar Developments and on comparable terms with the European mainland.

The product includes such innovative ideas such as interest only period options and terms up to 35 years.
